Here are a couple of pictures I took with my Nikon Coolpix 4800 digital camera. They were both taken in 2006 during the summer.
The yellow flower was blooming along the fence in our pasture. I wanted the flower to be close and the center off a little, luckily I got the camera to focus on the center of the flower and leave the petal closer to the camera a little fuzzy.
This picture is one I took at my Grandmas in 2006. The shed is an old chicken house. I hid a little of the sun with the pine tree, and it turned out pretty good!
P.s. The picture at the top of the page was taken in early spring of 2008. They are cherry blossoms on a tree in our yard.
This sunset was taken at my Grandmas. That is her barn in the picture. I liked how the sun was shining through the tree and the shape of the tree and the colors all played into this picture, plus the barn adds to it!
This is an old dead tree that is on our "north farm" too. I liked how the grass was brownish, plus the big open sky behind the tree. The tree fell down this spring, probably from a storm.
